Weightlifting:

A) Snatch Pull + Snatch: 85/2+2* 2 sets, 90/1+1*2 sets

  • 85-95# (no squat on 95# — snatches felt shitty today)

B) Clean Pull + Clean + Push Jerk: 80-85/1+1+1* 3 sets

  • only 95# for three sets of C+PJ; nerve pain in right hand during front rack & OH position limited my weight

Strength:

A) FS/BS: 4/8 * 5 sets @ 94% of 131111

  • 110# for two sets (bc I can’t add) – 115# for two sets – #125 for the last set

Metcon:
3 RFT of: 25 wall balls (14#) & 25 KBS (35#) — 7:13
